The hotel's location was fantastic, close to the main touristy areas and with a bus stop right outside. The rooms were kept very clean during our stay, with plenty of fresh towels available. Breakfast wasn't anything special, but there was a good selection of items to choose from.
The rooms were quite small, and some of the fixtures could use some attention. it was an okay place to stay if you're on a budget and looking for a convenient location.

Ac was not cool, blew room temperature air. Beds were hard, pillows were flat.

The location next to the Leaning Tower is fantastic. The front of desk man, Francesco, was very helpful about train timetables and was very pleasant generally. I would stay there again.
I would have liked a more up to date television with sky news and bbc news on it.

Spectacular views of the famous landmark. . Convenient location in close proximity to attractions and transportation. Friendly and helpful staff.
Rooms are basic and a bit dated. . Noise from neighboring rooms and internal garden.

The location is amazing, best thing about the hotel. View of Tower from room was incredible. We had a Quad room and it was comfortable for us with our teenagers (They each got their own litttle bed) We were able to park our car right literally right out front of the hotel and it was free.
Grumpy man greeted us in the evening for check-in, worst in all of Italy we encountered. No breakfast included, would have been nice, but not a big deal.

The location of this hotel is absolutely amazing. Literally right next to the tower. We could see it from our window. Its about a 1 minute walk away from the tower and I am not exaggerating.
Unfortunately, there is no free breakfast, and you have somewhat of a curfew since the hotel owner locks the doors at 1:30 am.

The hotel is conveniently located just a few steps away from the leaning tower, allowing easy access to one of Pisa's main tourist attractions. there are several restaurants nearby, making it convenient for couples to enjoy a romantic dinner in the evening.
Some rooms may be in need of renovation, with outdated decor and furnishings.

Very kind staff, old Italian style of the building, small but convinient room, reasonable price, excellent service and all of it is in ston's throw away from the Pisa tower
Internet as expected was not available, but it could be explained by Italian low, even in internet cafe they ask your id and scan it.

It is perhaps the nearest hotel to the Tower. It is very easy to reach by car, and even for parking out there for a while. The building is very good when compared to another hotels in Pisa in the same category. The rooms were clean.
The breakfast was poor.

The hotel offers incredible value for money, especially considering its prime location just steps away from the iconic Leaning Tower. The staff, particularly the younger guy, was helpful and provided great recommendations for nearby restaurants. The room was clean, quiet, and equipped with a lovely new bathroom. We were even lucky enough to have a view of the tower right from our window.
No significant areas of improvement needed.

Within sight of the tower!! I called ahead about parking and the staff said to park in front of the hotel--it made us within 200 meters of the Field of Miracles without having to worrry about transportation. He also recommended a nice restaurant (Mario's). The room was clean and big and quiet.
Breakfast was not included.

We could see the Leaning Tower of Pisa from our room.
The beds were absolutely terrible. Barely slept and woke up with back spasms. There was only a matress on top of a spring base. Not a box spring. No support what-so-ever.

Not much! it's location is about all that is worth a mention.
Poor service, very shabby and run down, basic room, clean but old, poor breakfast. Not good value for money.
